QOV National Sew Days

Quilts of Valor is a program whose goal is to award quilts to service men and women as a means of thanking them for their selfless service to our country. On January 31-February 2 the Trenton Schoolhouse Center will be open from 8:30-6:00 on Friday and Saturday; from 10:00-4:00 on Sunday for this worthy sewing cause. Call and let us know if your sure you will be there. Otherwise come when you can; help as you are able. We need people cutting, sewing, and pressing. Bring your Machine and basic supplies . We will have kits made up, ready to sew. Or, you may bring your own QOV project to complete.  Bring a Friend or come by yourself and we will plug you in where you can be most helpful. Our goal is to get at least 50 quilt tops assembled and ready to be quilted. Please join us—many hands make light the work.

We Hope to see you in Trenton...

Preserving History, Celebrating Tradition, and Establishing the Future

The Trenton SchoolHouse- A Community and Events Center

The Trenton SchoolHouse is a unique, historical venue with a variety of rental spaces to suit your needs. We currently rent the cafetera and gymnasium, with plans to add the classrooms and auditorium in the near future. Please visit our website ( for more information, pricing, and availability.

In addition to our rentals, The Trenton SchoolHouse also regularly hosts community events for the entire family to enjoy. Please visit our Facebook page ( for the most up to date information and events calendar.

Built in 1920, the Trenton SchoolHouse served as the City School for Trenton until it closed its doors in 1988.
